Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and gb22 ("Platform", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the gb22 website at gb22.bio, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support functions available through the platform.
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the gb22 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

Account Registration and Security

gb22 may require players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. KYC may include a national identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified period will place the withdrawal request on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
gb22 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT. gb22 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your gb22 wallet upon confirmation from the payment gateway, typically within 30 seconds of a successful mobile wallet transfer. gb22 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 5 minutes of your transfer completing, contact gb22 support at [email protected] with your transaction reference and amount.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. Standard processing time for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) is 1 to 2 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. gb22 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. gb22 may request documentation before releasing a withdrawal flagged for security review.
gb22 may suspend deposit or withdrawal processing in the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or a security review. In such cases gb22 will contact the account holder via the registered mobile number. Funds held during a security review will not accrue interest and will be released only upon satisfactory completion of the review.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
gb22 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer and to the general conditions in this section. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement. This specifies the total volume of eligible bets that must be placed before any winnings from bonus play may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on gb22 welcome bonuses is 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Free spins, where awarded, are credited to the specified slot game and must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gb22 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the gb22 platform or its content without the prior written consent of gb22.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gb22's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that player's gb22 account at the time the claim arises. gb22 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
gb22 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or events outside gb22's reasonable control. gb22 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability, provided that any bets placed and accepted before a service interruption will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or market rules.
All game results on gb22 are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures supplied by licensed third-party game providers. In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, gb22 will apply the relevant game provider's rules to determine the outcome. Where a result cannot be determined due to a technical error, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
Account Suspension and Termination
gb22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; the account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct; or gb22 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method used, within a reasonable period. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gb22 may forfeit the balance at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Amendments to These Terms
gb22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect player rights, payment terms, or bonus conditions — gb22 will provide at least 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, by posting the updated Terms on the gb22 website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the gb22 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the gb22 platform before the amended Terms take effect and contact gb22 support to request closure of your account. Continued use after the effective date of any amendment will be treated as full acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Contact
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of gb22 that cannot be resolved through gb22's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. gb22 applies standards consistent with responsible gaming best practice. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
